Noël leads creative experimentation on Unskippable Labs, focused on driving breakthroughs in video that will enable advertisers to elevate the best of creative, media and storytelling. Previously, she worked as the Head of Creative Partnerships on the YouTube Ads Marketing team. Prior to Google, Noël started her career in law and public policy, working for the U.S. Department of State. Noël earned a Master's Degree in European Public Policy from King's College London and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and German from Pepperdine University.
