Rosie Kropp

Rosie is a Senior Advisor and Co-Founder of Lavandel, a boutique-consulting firm where she advises a broad range of clients on brand & marketing strategies, transformation and digitalization. Prior to Lavandel, Rosie was the CMO of Bisnode, a leading European data & analytics company where she lead brand re-positioning and transformation across 19 countries. Rosie is a recognized brand & marketing expert with more than 20 years of international experience from senior positions at blue-chip companies and agencies such as Vodafone, Starbucks, Accenture, Landor and DDB. She brings broad multi-cultural knowledge, having worked across 50 countries in 5 continents. Rosie holds an MSc from Stockholm School of Economics and is an accomplished speaker, facilitator and lecturer. She is also an executive coach and experienced board member.
