Loni Mahanta

Loni is a strategic legal and policy executive whose leadership helps businesses remain agile and resilient in the face of sweeping, industry-altering change. She specializes in strengthening internal trust and collaboration while crafting relationships with elected officials, policy makers, regulators, employees, community groups, and the media.

Loni is currently the Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs at OpenSea, where she is fostering thoughtful dialog with policymakers regarding web3, crypto, and NFTs. Loni is also a Nonresident Fellow in the Economic Studies department of the Brookings Institution, where she focuses on tech policy and emerging tech.
