Edmund Chow

Edmund is a UX designer infusing IBM Design Thinking as a mindset, framework, and practice into IBM's consulting division of Global Business Services (GBS). Edmund works with internal IBM and external client teams to demonstrate how IBM Design Thinking's user-centric approach can be applied to influence outcomes within products and services across multiple industries. As a designer, Edmund loves opportunities that challenge him to understand and integrate business strategy into the design process to create impactful experiences not only for the users but also the business. Outside of design, Edmund is an avid sneaker collector and Los Angeles Lakers diehard with a passion for street photography.
