Kiera Smalls

Kiera Smalls is a community builder and empathetic leader. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Philly Startup Leaders (PSL), the largest tech network for emerging entrepreneurs in the city of Philadelphia. Prior to joining PSL, Kiera was part of the launch team for Indego bike share where she managed marketing, communications, and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. Kiera is also the co-founder of City Fit Girls, an all-levels fitness and wellness community for women. City Fit Girls’ digital and in-person communities have inspired thousands of women to discover new facets of physical and mental health. City Fit Girls offers programming, a robust online presence, and unique experiences through local and national partnerships. As a native Philadelphian, Kiera is committed to being a change agent in the evolution of her city. Most importantly, she believes that voices from all corners and communities deserve a seat at the table, even if that means building a bigger table.
