David MacLeod
David MacLeod has worked in the film and television industry for over twenty-five years. He has been a production manager, producer, second unit director and executive producer. David has produced numerous projects including ongoing television series (“Call Me Fitz,” “Haven” and “Pure”), television movies (Task Force, Sleep Murder) and mini-series (including “Trudeau,” “Sex Traffic,” “Sea Wolf,” and a 2010 version of “Moby Dick”). He just wrapped production on a second season of “Pure.” David and partner Michael Amo are currently developing a number of television properties including “This is Hell,” an ongoing series set in the world of modern-day espionage. David MacLeod is a past Chair and current member of the board of directors for the Canadian Media Producers Association. He is also a founder and current board member of Screen Nova Scotia.
