Will Williams

Will Williams is the Director of Retail Experience and Store Operations at Away, a global lifestyle brand designing thoughtful objects to make traveling more seamless. In his role, Will drives the strategy and operations for Away’s physical retail stores, overseeing how the brand comes to life offline, and how we’re able to interact with and build a community through in-store programming and retail experiences. Today, Away has several retail stores, including one international location in London, with plans to open several more in 2019 and beyond under Will’s leadership.

Most recently, Will was the Director of Retail at Kith, and has also held senior management roles at global brands including Acne Studios, Rag & Bone, Michael Kors, and Starbucks.

He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration. He lives in Brooklyn and works in Manhattan.
