As the Director of Zappos Adaptive, Molly Kettle brings passion and commitment to connect the disability market to functional, fashionable and innovative life-enhancing products. Zappos’ obsessive focus on customer service is legendary, so when a customer called in 2014 looking for shoes for her grandson with autism, the company took her needs seriously and realized there was so much more they could be doing for their customers in similar situations. This individual customer interaction was the catalyst for Zappos Adaptive. Molly’s background in consulting, technology and project management has helped her to build a cross-functional team within Zappos’ self-managed corporate structure. Since launching the website in April 2017, Molly and her team have led this category to steady growth, by expanding the roster of vendors and product assortment. The Zappos Adaptive team is extremely focused on creating meaningful connections with brands, partners, and organizations who share similar values.
