Marc Mastronardi is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Macy’s Inc. In this role, he leads multiple functions including the development of new business concepts, leased partnerships, diverse owner lead businesses and the restaurant organization within Macy’s across the nation. He previously served as EVP/General Merchandise Manager at Macy’s Inc., with responsibilities for the Center Core categories.

For over 20 years, Marc has held a broad range of leadership responsibilities including Men’s Apparel, Women’s Apparel and Accessories, and Children’s clothing. Prior to Macy’s Inc., Marc worked for May Department stores in Boston holding various merchant roles.

Outside of Macy’s, he is the board Vice President for the Fashion Scholarship Fund/YMA organization, while additionally a member of the Executive Committee as Chairman of the Scholarship Committee. He holds a Board seat for the fashion industry organization Delivering Good, as well as an advisory Board seat for FABB.

He is an alumnus of the New York City David Rockefeller Fellows class of 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College. Marc is a native New Yorker and currently resides on Long Island with his wife Erin and three children, Jack, Drew and Keira.
