Martha Bird

Martha Bird is a Business Anthropologist working in ADP’s Roseland Innovation Lab. Since receiving her Ph.D. in Anthropology, Martha has helped global brands create meaningful services, experiences, and products by both questioning and responding to the social and cultural dynamics of technology. Today, she supports innovation in global product development to ensure future generations of ADP's HCM technologies are informed by the wisdom of human cultures and the everyday encounters out of which new practices take shape, evolve and transform the way we work.
