Adam Steinberg
Adam Steinberg is one of three co-founders of Flow Kana. Throughout the first four years of the company’s growth, Adam oversaw the marketing functions of the organization. During these formative years, Flow Kana became synonymous with sungrown, organic cannabis produced by independent farmers in the world’s most renowned cannabis growing region of the world, the Emerald Triangle, via innovative marketing and branding strategies including the industry’s first omnichannel campaign. In 2018, Flow Kana was the #1 selling flower brand in California according to BDS Analytics. Today, Adam oversees the business development function at Flow Kana. His team is in charge of partnership development and market intelligence.
Previously, Adam spent time in the world of media and advertising at the Hearst Corporation, before joining Bureau van Dijk, a business intelligence firm that provides services to the world’s largest corporate, financial, and government institutions, where he grew the West Coast market into one of the company’s most successful territories.
Over the next few years, Adam developed a strong passion for climate change awareness and sustainable business models. He eventually left BvD to join EOS Climate, a young start-up building value in California’s carbon market and to join an MBA program focused on sustainable management. At EOS Climate, Adam was in charge of developing material acquisition channels to support carbon offset production.
Adam received a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from Lewis & Clark College where he was a four-year NCAA athlete.
