Kelsie Smith, 25, is the epitome of Texas - from having a pet pig to attending college on a rodeo scholarship there were no clues that’d she be this deep, or successful, in the urban music industry. Inspired at SXSW 2014 shortly after she began her journey by interning at Interscope Records. By 2016 she was representing and helping develop the careers of prominent Texas talents: platinum music producer June James and TV star rapper Lil Bri. Now living in Los Angeles, California she works for artist management company SAL&CO who handle the career's of The Weeknd, French Montana, Sabrina Claudio, PNB Rock, and producers and songwriters such as Rex Kudo and Nasri (from Magic). After serving as the CEO's right hand for over a year, she now works on different client projects and handles everything from album delivery to marketing.
