Randall Boe
Randall Boe is the Commissioner and CEO of the Arena Football League. Boe comes to the AFL from Monumental Sports and Entertainment (MSE), which is one of the largest integrated sports ownership groups in the world. MSE owns and operates the 2018 Stanley Cup Champion Washington Capitals, the Washington Wizards (NBA), the Washington Mystics (WNBA), the Capital One Arena and the Washington Valor and Baltimore Brigade (AFL). At MSE, Boe has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel leading the company’s corporate and administrative functions including legal affairs, human resources, investor and government relations and corporate development and strategy. Boe was one of the architects of MSE’s digital media strategy and the launch of the Monumental Sports Network.
Prior to joining MSE, Boe served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at America Online, helping to lead AOL to become one of the largest and most influential Internet companies. Boe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
