Will Foss

3-time Entrepreneur with a background in Strategy and Innovation Consulting and Investment Management. Will is passionate about building technology businesses and the consumer experience around them. Currently he's the Director of Business Development for Derq (Techstars Mobility '17)an MIT spin-off with a mission to eliminate road accidents for both conventional and autonomous vehicles by using artificial intelligence and V2X technology. He's also co-led two previous start-ups. Most recently, he built the business ops and led commercialization for an auto-insurance telematics business developed by Deloitte. In college, he launched a business that built lofted beds for dorm rooms. After good success and expansion, he declined a multi-million dollar contract since it meant dropping out of college and becoming a lumberyard owner.
