Margaret serves as Associate Partner and Department Head of Research & Analytics at Goodby Silverstein & Partners. Prior to GSP she worked in marketing, product, and research roles variously at Wells Fargo, KPMG Consulting, Factor TG (now Symphony AM) a boutique ad modeling firm, and for various startups. In 2010 she joined GSP, managing the team of Research and Analytics strategists who explore and pressure test ideas as well as gauge campaign performance and optimization for the agency’s clients. Her team has earned 6 Ogilvy Awards (including Grand Awards) and more than a dozen Effie Awards. She is obsessed with understanding the mechanics of consumer persuasion, aspiration, and perception.
