Isabel Porras

As Director of O&E University, Out & Equal’s training and education department, I work directly with individual employees, ERG leaders, and D&I executives of Fortune 1000 companies to provide LGBTQ cultural competency training and consult on inclusion strategies. In a previous life, I taught gender and sexuality studies to undergrads. I firmly believe EVERYONE should have to take one of these courses as a prerequisite to being a person out in the world, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to teach so many people about the power of inclusion and the value of diversity at work.

I’m proof that liberal arts majors can find meaningful employment in our chosen fields!
