Kadrian Alvarenga is a Marketing & Entertainment Professional with more than 10 years experience in the TV and film industry. Kadrian currently works as the Director of Advertising & Media at FX Networks (What We Do in the Shadows, Mayans M.C., Legion, Snowfall, American Horror Story, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) and leads the strategy and execution of all consumer-facing media campaigns. Prior to FX, Kadrian, who was named a 2015 Cynopsis Rising Star, worked in Consumer Marketing at Pivot, the television network from Participant Media that produced socially-conscious programming geared towards creating impact across several important issues (Please Like Me, Fortitude, Hit Record on TV, Truth and Power). Before his time at Pivot, Kadrian worked in Branded Entertainment and Entertainment Marketing at SpinMedia/Spin Magazine, working with film studios and TV networks such as Fox, Sony Pictures, Disney, A24, Universal Studios, Warner Bros.; brands such as Levi's, Gap, and Sonos; and with artists such as Alabama Shakes, Mayer Hawthorne, Iggy Azalea, and Theophilus London. He began his career in the mailroom at Creative Artists Agency and graduated from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California with a major in Cinematic Critical Studies and a minor in Marketing while interning at nearly every major studio.
In his spare time, Kadrian, a Los Angeles native, enjoys creating playlists that tells stories on his Instagram @AutoBioDisco, collecting vinyl, and talking endlessly about the televisions shows he is currently watching.
