Vesna Novakovic Rafaty

Vesna is an experienced and entrepreneurial business and IP legal professional. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York and is registered to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office. She has held various functional roles including roles in management in several industries, including oil & gas, medical devices, technology and arts & entertainment. She advises startups and is on the Board of Advisors for a real estate technology company. Vesna is multilingual and multicultural. Working alongside her son Dylan, Vesna brings a special understanding, empathy, insight, smarts and critical thinking to the breadth of employment-related issues affecting all job seekers with disabilities. A continuous learner, Vesna incorporates learning from evidence based published data to promote new employer-driven initiatives for the hiring and retention of job seekers with disabilities.
