Peter Chiang
Peter is the Vice President of Global Digital Strategy and Transformation at MetLife. In this role, Peter oversees major enterprise programs focused on leveraging technology, data, analytics and innovation to transform the way MetLife does business across its global portfolio. Additionally, Peter plays a leadership role in setting and managing the enterprise MetLife digital strategy and vision.
Prior to joining MetLife, Peter spent over 10 years as a leader in A.T. Kearney’s Global Financial Services Practice. Over the course of his consulting career, Peter led over 30 client engagements for insurers and banks, advising on such topics as Digital Transformations, Innovative Business Models, and Large-Scale Operational Improvement Programs.
Additionally, Peter has taken sabbaticals from his career to work on various pro-bono projects, including advisory services to help stand up a real-estate investment fund in China.
Peter graduated from University of Michigan – Ann Arbor with dual degrees in Economics and Chinese History.
