Séverine Tibi

Séverine Tibi is a producer whose mission is to find, nurture and promote emerging and unique filmmakers with distinctive voices. In 2017, she co-founded the Cannes-based production company Sevana Films. Since then, they have produced documentary and fiction films in several countries and with international teams, which have screened at festivals across the globe including Locarno, Toronto and Palm Springs. Séverine regularly attends events and festivals as a consultant, jury member, through talent development programs and to discover the next generation of storytellers. In 2022, she was invited to join the Cannes Film Festival's Producers Network through the Rotterdam Lab, the Sundance Producers Summit and the Red Sea Fund’s Reading Committee. She also worked at the British Film Institute as a Business Partnerships Coordinator in London and is now working as a Producer for the independent film finance and co-production company Sons of Rigor in Los Angeles.
