Katryna Dow
Katryna Dow is the founder and CEO of Meeco; a personal data platform that enables people to securely exchange data with the people and organisations they trust. Katryna has been pioneering personal data rights since 2002. She envisioned a time when personal sovereignty, identity and contextual privacy would be as important as being connected. Now distributed ledger, AI, IoT, cloud & mobile technology has converged to make Meeco possible and necessary.
She co-authored ‘Immutable Me’ and Meeco’s technical white paper on Zero Knowledge Proofs for Access, Control, Delegation & Consent of Identity and Personal Data.
She is a founding member of The Council of Extended Intelligence (CXI), a joint initiative between IEEE Standards Association & MIT Media Lab. Co-Chair for Personal Data and Privacy Committee, part of IEEE’s Global Initiative for Ethical Considerations in the Design of Autonomous Systems, and Chair for P7006 - Standard for Personal Data Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent.
