Imagine Brené Brown and Sheryl Sandberg had a baby from southwest Michigan...lucky for you they didn't have to, because Haley Paas has been able to channel these two badass women while riding the corporate wave.

Haley has spent her career applying her curiosity to how brands, managers, employees, and companies can challenge the status quo. She loves asking the hard questions to move the conversation forward and has spent over 10 years working to understand where humans and brands can best intersect.

Haley started her career at Procter & Gamble, leading the insights team for brands like Gillette and Always, followed by a more recent career shift to Carat, a media agency in NYC. She currently leads Carat's strategy and insights discipline, and is responsible for thought leadership, insights, creative thinking, new business development, and data strategy for their diverse client base. In addition, she is the executive sponsor of Carat's LGBTQ+ and women’s organizations and is passionate about building high performance teams.
