Ana Nicolau is a London-based, award-winning Director of Experience & Product Design, who combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of technology and cross-platform storytelling. Her work focuses on leading, mentoring and upskilling teams, and working closely with startups to align product expectations with ROI at C-level. Nicolau is also the founder of Women In Design App, a global slack community of women in design, with a mission of upgrading the design industry's narrative to include women of all ages, life stages, race, job titles, years of experience, nationality, whatever labels, empowering, educating and elevating each other intelligently.
