Ralph Sampson
Ralph Sampson, a graduate of University of Virginia (‘83) and a 3-time National College Basketball Player of the Year, was the 1983 Number 1 pick of the NBA draft to the Houston Rockets. He went on to win Rookie of the Year, 4-time All-Star, and All-Star MVP.
In 2012, he was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. He is the CEO of Winner’s Circle Enterprises and an investor and member of SeventySix Capital’s Athlete Venture Group. SeventySix Capital’s Athlete Venture Group aims to bridge the gap between athletes, entrepreneurs, and investors.
