Byron Kerr

Byron Kerr is the Head of Amazon at Tuft & Needle, a disruptive Phoenix-based, customer-obsessed mattress company focused on creating the best experience for both customers and employees. Byron is currently responsible for leading the North American Amazon business for the company. His infectious passion for retail started when he was accepted into GE’s prestigious Commercial Leadership Program, helping Fortune 500 retailers grow their business through strategic credit card and loyalty program initiatives.

Never looking back, Byron pivoted into learning how to efficiently navigate the Amazon landscape, working as both a consultant and in-house SME for companies such as GUESS Watches, Hain Celestial, and First Aid Beauty. Still a Northeaster at heart, Byron ditched his shovels and overcoats to move across the country to weather the sweltering Phoenix heat. Byron holds a BSBA with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Bryant University.
