Liza Donnelly is a writer and award-winning cartoonist with The New Yorker Magazine, The New York Times, CBS News, CNN, Medium. A Cultural Envoy for the State Department, Donnelly delivered a TED talk that was translated into 38 languages and viewed over one million times. She spoke at Inspirefest, US and Geneva United Nations, The New Yorker Festival, TEDxes, universities, NGOs, corporate venues in the US and abroad. She is the creator of digital visual journalism, covering the DNC in 2016, and the 2017 Inauguration, White House Press conference, Oscars (the first cartoonist to receive press credentials), Grammys, Tonys, Hindustan Times Summit, Women’s Marches, March For Our Lives, etc. “A pioneer of on-the-fly sketching of live events” (NBC News) she digitally draws events, immediately shares on social, often with commentary.
