Within the games industry, Julie is a pioneer in leveraging the power of play to drive advertiser value and developer revenue growth. She has led this charge through game industry platform shifts, beginning with the ’01 launch of Electronic Art’s advertising business in online casual and console game environments. Subsequently, Julie navigated the migration of games from web to social and mobile at RockYou and Zynga. Prior to diving into the gaming space, she led revenue for fifaworldcup.com at Yahoo! and was a key player in Quokka Sports’ 1999 IPO.
Julie currently serves as co-chairman of the IAB Games Committee. She has been recognized in Advertising Age’s "Women to Watch" report and named a “Top 25 Executive to Watch in Digital Entertainment” by Digital Media Wire. She lives in San Francisco with her family.
