Adam Neufeld

Adam Neufeld is the Vice President of Innovation and Strategy at the Anti-Defamation League. In this role, Adam helps the organization continually improve its ability to fight hate by identifying emerging trends, building partnerships, and pursuing new lines of business, new modes of delivery, and new financing models. He also works to increase operational effectiveness by introducing new means to measure and evaluate programmatic performance, and by assisting with concrete opportunities for ongoing performance improvement.

Before coming to ADL, Adam worked at four different federal agencies in strategy, operations, policy and law. Most recently, he was the Deputy Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration. He is also a fellow at Georgetown University on innovation, technology and law. He previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co, and graduated from Brown University and Harvard Law School. He lives in Washington DC, and has three young children.
