Michelle Piña
Professionally, Michelle has 15+ years of experience in education management and school programs. She currently consults with school districts, non-profits, and start-up companies in various capacities. Michelle received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Houston and a master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Tulsa. She has completed post-graduate work for a Teaching English as a Second Language certificate at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Michelle is also a State Leader for the Young Survival Coalition. Most recently, her volunteering has expanded to the Patient Advisory Board for got boobs?, an online wellness platform for the breast cancer community and as a member of the Adjunct Committee that supports the Komen Houston Medical Advisory Council. Other volunteering involves fostering puppies through local Houston organizations. As a native Texan, Ms. Michelle enjoys connecting people and organizations to best serve those in need.
