Christopher Sayasith

Christopher Sayasith is the Director, International Business Development, Strategic Initiatives for Estée Lauder Companies, a well-diversified powerhouse of 30+ brands (MAC, Tom Ford Beauty, La Mer, Le Labo, Lab Series, GLAMGLOW, etc.), and the global leader in prestige beauty.

He spent 10 years of his career in management consulting and strategy, identifying growth opportunities in consumer trends, and helping companies secure a competitive edge in a rapidly-changing marketplace. He co-leads wELCome, the Estee Lauder Companies Employee Resource Group promoting LGBTQA diversity, talent, as well as inclusivity in reaching beauty consumer needs of all backgrounds.

Christopher is also co-Chair of Out in Fashion & Beauty, a non-profit based in New York which aims to bring together professionals from both industries, provide resource and mentorship for career development, and connect members to opportunities and each other.

Christopher grew up in Paris, France where he received his Masters in Management from NEOMA Business School. He now lives in New York City with his boyfriend Ben and his dog Haribo.
