Sara DeForest

Sara DeForest is a marketing consultant and standup comedian.

Prior to starting consulting, she was VP of Marketing and first marketing hire at HYP3R, a San Francisco-based startup. Previously, she spent her career in content marketing, crisis communications and media relations roles for Fortune 500 companies on agency and client sides, included Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Toyota, Clear Channel and many startups that may or may not be around anymore (so it goes).

Though Silicon Valley is a roller coaster, Sara finds the real adrenaline rush doing standup comedy. She performed at SF Sketchfest and was part of the 43rd Annual San Francisco Comedy Competition. Sara can be seen at clubs around the Bay Area, including Punch Line, Comedy Oakland, Pianofight, Nightlife on Mars and more. She is also a writer for the sketch comedy group Basement Party.
