Toyin Ajayi is the Chief Health Officer of Cityblock Health, an innovative and tech-enabled healthcare company that delivers personalized care to low-income neighborhoods. Cityblock’s approach to care integrates primary care, behavioral health, and social services, inspired by the individuals and communities they serve. Prior to Cityblock, Toyin served as Chief Medical Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance, a nationally-renowned integrated health plan and care delivery system for low-income communities. In this role, she led clinical operations, spearheaded care delivery innovations, and oversaw multi-disciplinary teams of clinicians, community health workers, and administrators serving more than 20,000 beneficiaries in Massachusetts. Toyin received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University; a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge; and a Medical Doctorate, with Distinction in Clinical Practice, from King’s College London School of Medicine.
