Sean Thurman

Sean serves as Director of Global Public Policy, where he leads workforce, labor, and employment policy efforts for Walmart. Prior to joining Walmart, Sean served as Labor Policy Advisor to Chairman Lamar Alexander (R-TN) and the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP). Prior to Sean’s work on Capitol Hill, he served as Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for Associated Builders and Contractors. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri.
