Rasheeda Creighton

Rasheeda, a native of Richmond, Virginia, often describes herself as a recovering attorney. Beginning her career path as a federal law clerk, she found herself navigating new & different waters as a contract manager at Capital One, then eventually switching to supplier management. As her career continued, Rasheeda began a new path: intrapreneur, where she has successfully helped design new roles for herself that were created to meet the unique and changing needs of a growing tech company. Within this intrapreneurship, Rasheeda has found herself in one of her favorite roles to date, Executive Director of the 1717 Innovation Center, where she helps entrepreneurs and community organizations leverage relationships with corporations to grow their businesses. An avid community volunteer, Rasheeda focuses her personal volunteerism efforts on supporting K-12 education.
