Theresa Bedeau

Theresa Bedeau is a Senior Manager on Capital One’s Community Development Banking team, and is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing activities that promote economic development in NY, NJ, and FL. She manages a network of non-profit partners with a special focus on small business development and financial inclusion. Prior to joining Capital One Bank, Theresa focused her efforts in non-profit management and economic development. As Director of Programs at the Business Outreach Center Network she managed and developed programming to serve culturally diverse and low-income communities. While working for the Trickle Up program, she managed a national network of small business technical assistance providers dedicated to supporting very-low income entrepreneurs to launch and grow viable small businesses. Theresa has a B.A. in Sociology from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management and International Finance from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service
