Jaclyn Johnson is a powerhouse entrepreneur. By the time she was 28, Johnson sold her first business (No Subject) and launched her second multi-million dollar company, Create & Cultivate -- the leading online platform and offline conference for millennial women looking to create and cultivate the career of their dreams.

Create & Cultivate has landed in cities across the country drawing the best in the business including CEO’s, content creators, and celebrities like Kim Kardashian West, Chelsea Handler, Meghan Markle, Jennifer Hudson, Gloria Steinem and more front-runners in fashion, tech, design and business. The one-day conference has been gathering women since 2012 to discuss key topics surrounding entrepreneurship, the ever-changing digital landscape, and everything that comes with being a modern working woman. Through their online platform and curated events, Create & Cultivate offers a 365-day conversation around entrepreneurship and works to advance inclusive conversations that empower women.

With Johnson at the helm, Create & Cultivate has skyrocketed to success and accrued an audience of over 500k women. On August 21st, 2018, Johnson released her first book WorkParty which also has an accompanying podcast. WorkParty is a movement for a new generation of women who are redefining the meaning of work on their own terms.
