Courtney is the founder and CEO of Runa HR, an automated HR and payroll platform for Latin America. Prior to Runa, Courtney was the CMO of Cabify (Uber of Latin America) where she grew the company from 4 to 130 cities across 12 countries in Latin America. She holds an BA from Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford.
