Nancy brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand building, and is particularly focused on the intersection between technology, creativity and insights. Most recently, Nancy was the Global Director of Brand Strategy and Insights where she defined the Airbnb brand and communication strategies for the global marketing organization. After 3 years in the role, Nancy transitioned to Director of Guest Marketing where she currently defines the strategy for the end-to-end guest experience. Previously, Nancy worked at creatively driven agencies; R/GA NY, Naked Communications and Goodby, Silverstein and Partners working with clients such as; Nike, MasterCard, Comcast, Coca Cola and many more. In 2008, she founded PreOccupy, a consultancy that provides positioning and go-to-market strategies for early stage start-ups that include; Gilt Groupe, Jetsetter and Dagne Dover. Nancy is a graduate of Georgetown University. She resides in SF with her husband and two sons and together they explore the many different Airbnbs around the world.
