Harmony Leanna Eichsteadt
Harmony Eichsteadt is an expert in building and organizing communities. She has worked with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, political campaigns, cooperatives, VC-backed startups, artists, and activists around the world to help them build powerful, engaged, and effective communities.
She is the Chief Community Officer for Worth The Journey, an organization which teaches business and marketing to heart-centered entrepreneurs. She also runs a private community consulting practice where she works with mission-driven organizations to incorporate community into their business strategy.
Harmony has previously served as the Head of Community at Good Life Project and the Evangelist at NationBuilder. She was awarded the Lora Romero Memorial Award for Interdisciplinary Research in Race, Ethnicity, and Gender and she is passionate about bringing an interdisciplinary approach to the work she does with her clients. Harmony is a proud native Austinite, currently living in community in Seattle.
