Lauren Moore is Vice President, Global Community Impact at Johnson & Johnson, responsible for driving strategy development and implementation of the company’s Social Impact work, Corporate Citizenship, and Strategic Philanthropy. With Johnson & Johnson’s strong focus on relentlessly driving better health for all, the Global Community Impact team focuses on supporting and championing people on the front lines, at the heart of delivering care. Lauren also oversees the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation and the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Citizenship Trust in the UK. Prior to J&J, Lauren led the development and implementation of eBay Inc.’s first Social Innovation strategy focused on creating economic opportunity, powering charitable giving and enabling greener commerce. Prior to joining eBay Inc., Lauren served eight years as Director of Giving for Starbucks Coffee Company and Executive Director of Starbucks Foundation.
