Prior to joining Lippincott, Heather served as vice president of marketing and a member of the executive management team for WPP's Millward Brown where she drove the firm's North American strategy and spearheaded global marketing initiatives. Heather is a founding member of the AIGA Women Lead steering committee, which was established to address inequities in the design industry.
