Daniel Moretti

Daniel Moretti has over a decade of experience at the intersection of film and social change in diverse locations, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, the Philippines, and London. He's held positions at ITVS where he managed a national screening and community engagement program for Independent Lens on PBS, at Active Voice where he oversaw operations for film-based impact campaigns, and at Global Film Initiative where he supported its distribution, acquisition, education, and granting programs for world cinema. He holds an M.Sc. in Gender, Media, and Culture from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Television/Video Production and minor in Gender Studies from Emerson College. In his personal life he enjoys fabulous fashion, exploring vegetarian restaurants, and traveling to experience different cultures.
