Tricia Sugita

Tricia Sugita currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of FlyQuest where she oversees the growth and development of the orginization. Sugita joined FlyQuest from the LA Valiant and Immortals, where she served as the Head of Partnerships, managing the entire Business Development process from sales to activation and everything in between. Prior to working on the partnership side, Sugita was the Global Director of Esports for Azubu where she led an international team to increase web traffic to 12 million unique monthly viewers through a global influencer strategy. 

She also hosted and interviewed talent for esports events including IGN ProLeague 3, 4 and 5, North American StarLeague and the Collegiate StarLeague. Early on, Sugita was a broadcaster and a competitive player herself. She was one of the top ranked StarCraft II players and also one of the most prominent female streamers during the early days of Twitch. She even made appearances in a few high profile YouTube videos.
