Research & Growth
Promise

Meredith is the Co-founder and COO of RideAlong, a government technology startup. RideAlong builds software that equips first responders and homeless outreach workers with critical information when they're out in the field. Their software gives government staff the ability to safely resolve 911 calls, identify someone's immediate needs, and connect residents experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and addiction to the right services. Prior to co-founding RideAlong, Meredith was a 2016 Code for America fellow, working with the Seattle Police Department. She has expertise in performing design research with government staff who work primarily while out on the street, and building technology with local governments. Previously, she spent 5+ years doing research and design at Google. Meredith holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University, and a Master of Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley's School of Information.
