Helix

Chris is Chief Product Officer at Helix, where he serves as a leader in cross-functional management. In his role, he is responsible for bringing engineering, design, product development, bioinformatics, and genetics teams together to build a streamlined marketplace that empowers both consumers and innovators alike.

After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Colorado College, Chris helped to usher in a new era of personal fitness by leading the development of MapMyFitness. Later, he led digital transformation efforts at Under Armour, including the acquisitions of MyFitnessPal and Endomondo, creating the world’s largest connected fitness community. Motivated by a drive to help humanity in its collective pursuit of knowledge, Chris went on to be founder and CEO of HumanCode—a company focused on developing personal genomics applications, which was later acquired by Helix.
