Before joining Twitter, he was a VP of Digital and Social Engagement at Viacom, leading content marketing and engagement strategy. Earlier, Tom spent 10 years in the creative agency world, leading transformative digital campaigns for some of the world’s top lifestyle brands including American Express, Louis Vuitton, and The New York Times Magazine. Tom's work has been recognized with major industry awards at Cannes, One Show, The Webbys, and Comm Arts Annual.
