Friends With Holograms

Cortney Harding is the Head of VR/AR Creative and Strategy at Friends With Holograms, an agency she founded to help brands, advertisers and entertainment companies understand VR and other emerging technologies. She has worked with clients including Verizon, McCann and Sapient Razorfish and consults for brands that want to leap into VR.
Cortney has also spoken at numerous industry events including SXSW, Future of Storytelling, Advertising Week and Mobile Innovation Summit and writes for outlets including AdWeek, PSFK,, Spotify and YouTube for Artists. Additionally, she is a professor at the Clive Davis School of Music at NYU and has authored two books.
Prior to launching Friends With Holograms, Cortney worked at Moth+Flame VR where her projects were nominated for a Cannes Innovation Lion. She also spent several years consulting for music-tech companies and served as the music editor of Billboard Magazine.
