Jessica Noelke

Jessica was raised in Fredericksburg, Texas by a single parent. She went to Texas State University for her BA in Psychology. After starting a non-profit and working for the Girl Scouts of Central Texas she went to Graduate School in Colorado and hasn't been able to leave the Centennial State. She currently owns Indagatrix Consultants, an environmental project management firm that provides consulting and project development services to the state of Colorado.
