Diba Kaya

Diba is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual UX Researcher at Google working on attitude & behavioral measurement products. She has a background in cognitive and behavioral science & engineering which she uses to ground product strategy in the real world. She uses a myriad of methods to move ideas forward, get unstuck, pivot and move along. Diba also leans on lessons from standup, improv & sketch comedy to inform the development of fluid attitudes & idea generation which ultimately foster innovation-culture.
