Natalia Guerrero
Natalia Guerrero finds new potential exoplanets for TESS (Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite) at the MIT Kavli Institute for Astrophysics. She manages the team at MIT identifying interesting potential exoplanets in the TESS data. Before TESS launched, she was part of the team testing the four TESS cameras.
She has spoken about TESS at the TESS launch, and for print (Washington Post, UPI, MIT News, Air & Space Magazine, Cosmos), radio (Radio Caracól, W Radio Colombia), and TV (NHK, Telemundo, CNN en Español).
Previously, she built experiments at MIT and SNOLAB for the direct detection of dark matter.
